Who We Are
Our Story
Interleap went live in May 2020. It was a tough time to launch a business, but we quickly recognized that leaders needed a partner more than ever.
So with a prayer and a playlist on repeat, we hit send on our first email.
It was the best decision we’ve ever made.
At Interleap we believe that leaders have an innate desire to grow and change and that our greatest purpose and mission is to join them in that growth – to their next leap, whatever that looks like.
We believe that when clients reconnect with who they are, they will be re-inspired in what they do and LOVE their life and work again.
At our core we care about relationships, growth, truth, fun, and faith. (This to stand alone and stand out)
We hold a daily attitude of gratitude in our work and in our incredible clients that we GET to serve.
With an endless passion to serve, we seek partnership with leaders who are curious to learn more – about who they are, what matters to them, and what it really means to create impact.
These values drive us forward, in the same way we coach leaders to drive themselves forward.
So welcome, leaders. We are so glad you are here.
Meet Leslie Galloway
Founder & CEO
I founded Interleap with the vision to create a place where leaders could find and explore their human side and uplevel their leadership, without sacrificing the rest of their lives. In a world where distractions often lead to unwanted complacency, leaders need this focus now more than ever.
My expertise for coaching and development came from a lifetime of study in behavioral psychology, leading teams in a vice president’s role for over a decade, and spending the last 10 years coaching clients on organizational design and leadership. I’m known as the go-to for relationship and team building, and for creating impact and results through emotional intelligence (EQ), trust, connection, disruption, and mental fitness. I believe the results of performance, success, and fulfillment come down to the people and teams leading them. Fulfilled leaders and teams create amazing things.
I have helped thousands of leaders recognize and reframe their growth and possibilities through 1-1, group, and team coaching. My coaching sets leaders in motion by helping them reconnect with themselves, their vision, and what ultimately matters most to them – then a plan to keep these things in front. I help women and men get beyond their limitations and move into the possibilities around them that ultimately help them love their life and work again.
On a personal side, I am wife to Woody and mom to Grace and golden retrievers, Winnie and Birdie. I also have the most outstanding step-kids + spouses and grandkids you could imagine knowing. The non-negotiables in my life are my faith, which makes me who I am, family, friends, and the constant act of learning and growing. Add health, wellness and exercise of almost any form to this list. I love a good competition, especially on the tennis court.
Meet Erin Carter
Project Director
I had the fortune of beginning a career with a small company in 2006, and as it expanded domestically, and then globally, I got to experience the ground floor all the way through levels of leadership in operations, business intel, finance, and marketing.
In those 12 years, I gained experience that positioned me, and eventually called me UP and OUT, to help small businesses launch and grow. This is where I met Leslie.
What we had in common was a love of wonder, growth, and people. As we developed a strong work relationship, we began to dream about the company she wanted to build.
I had the honor of being a co-launcher of Interleap, and I can say with absolute truth – I love this work. Not only do I get to use the skills and experiences of my corporate career, but I get to enjoy a freedom to wonder and create and work inside my geniuses…and do it all for the most AMAZING clients.
My energy for and dedication to Interleap touches every email, call, and project because I truly believe in what we do and who we do it for.
While Interleap is an important part of my life, what really keeps my heart beating and my feet moving is my husband, Zach, my daughter, Emmalyn, and my forever-puppy, Indi May. That I get to learn, as part of my job, how to be my best self for them is a God-given blessing and privilege I won’t ever get tired of.
I am a Jesus-follower, a wellness junkie, newly-hooked to pickleball, and cookbooks are my love language. I enjoy books and documentaries that push me to get more curious about life. But my blindspot? Believing everyone wants to hear about it. : )
Meet Abigail Moyers
Executive Assistant
As someone who spent their entire life dedicated to pursuing a career in education, leaving after my 4th year of teaching, with no plan b, was far from what I expected.
The courage it took to leave, trusting that all the love and work I had poured into this career would be of value somewhere else, was nothing short of a leap of faith.
Little did I know I would rediscover that same joy, passion, and purpose to serve a company built on the same principles I had been called to as a teacher: wonder, growth, and supporting others.
As a natural born educator and lover of productivity, I am passionate about providing an experience for my team that is purposeful, engaging, and efficient for everyone. I value relationships and reliability, with a focus on attentiveness, organization, and problem solving to help my team reach their goals.
My vision is to not only optimize success for Interleap as a whole, but to provide the support each individual wonderful member of my team needs to reach their full potential as well; helping them bring the focus back to what matters most.
As for me, I am driven and shaped by my faith. I’ve been blessed with a family, friends, community, and the silliest group of kindergarteners that I get to serve every Sunday. Psychology, tea, and wellness are my jam, and my dedication to self improvement has been integral to my ability to stay humble, curious and always open to learning new ways to approach my work and life.
